Garlic Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 1/2 head of cauliflower
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F, or on an Aga, use the roasting oven. 

  2. Rinse the cauliflower and cut the florets into small pieces, about 1 cubic inch or smaller if you prefer. 

  3. Finely dice the cloves of garlic. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, parsley, and salt. Whisk together.

  4. Toss the cauliflower in the dressing to thoroughly coat. 

  5. Spread the florets on a lined baking sheet and put into the oven for approximately 20 minutes, checking halfway through.
